The B620 51-SLY combines a 34 HP main spindle with 5,000 RPM performance on both the main and sub spindles, providing the power and speed needed to machine complex parts efficiently from both sides.
With a 51 mm bar capacity, 9.8" machining diameter, 24.4" machining length, and 27.5" maximum swing diameter, this machine gives shops the strength, accuracy, and work envelope needed for demanding production applications.

Chip Conveyor / Tool Probe

The Ultima includes a chip conveyor as well as a tool probe which can perform in-process checks as well as make offsets where necessary so you can run unattended on even tight tolerance parts.
Programmable Gantry
Less hands, more output
The programmable parts evacuation system is engineered for precision engagement, ensuring gentle handling of parts, reducing any possible denting/scuffing. The gantry takes the finished part from the sub-spindle and unloads it directly onto a parts conveyor that passes the part to a secondary part conveyor to eliminate part damage and parts jamming...significantly increasing throughput.

The BMX Ultima’s 15-station turrets provide 15 total turret stations. When combined with the machine’s large true Y-axis capability and the Eurotech Gang Tool System (EGS), the Trofeo can support up to 120 cutting tools, giving manufacturers exceptional flexibility for complex parts, reduced tool changes, and one-operation machining.
