The double cone collet provides far more gripping by clamping on both ends of the bar instead of one. This stabilization gives less vibrations, better parts finish and improved tool life. Almost all 800 Eurotech machines in the Technic Valley utilize double cone collets. * Eurotech now stocks double cone collets in 64th sizes. TIP #2 = Top Barfeed With a Top barfeed your changeover time goes from 45 min. to less than 2 min…no channel guides and no spindle liners. The Top bar feed offers zero second change-over time, zero additional costs for extra channel guides or blocks, automatic PLC adjustable guide channels that adjust to the bar stock diameter. Silent running, reliability, rigidity, and rapid change-over time! |
